Peer Review Process

International Journal of Management and Human Science (IJMHS) is a scholarly, referred, bi-annual, peer-reviewed publication. Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board, and accepted if they meet the IJMHS criteria and stand in agreement with the standards of the Journal.

Reviewers deal with manuscripts blindly and discuss the remarks in editorial meetings. Reviews are then sent to the corresponding author/s for suggested modifications, and the corrected version of the manuscript are be peer-reviewed for a second time by two or three external reviewers.

Note : The turnover time for the review process is 2-8 weeks and the minimum turnover time for publication process is 2-24 weeks.

The editorial board members have the full right to cancel or accept any manuscript for publication.
