International Journal of Management and Human Science (IJMHS) is committed to provide timely and unrestricted access to high-quality research in the fields of management and human science. IJMHS is open access, and all the articles are distributed under the terms of the CC BY-NC 4.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/). Under this licence, anyone may copy, distribute, or reuse these articles for non-commercial purposes, provided the original work is properly cited. Manuscripts submitted for publication in an open access journal are subject to the same rigorous peer review and quality control as in scholarly subscription journals.
Structure of Article and Author Guidelines
1. General Information:
A. Manuscript must be written in English (US English will be accepted effective from September, 2025).
B. The authors are requested to check the English language and grammar of their manuscripts carefully before submission. A valid proof of professional English editing must be submitted. Some of the native English editing services that we recommend are EDITAGE, ENAGO, AMERICAN JOURNAL EXPERT, SCRIBENDI.
C. Articles should contain approximately 1,000 to 4,000 words. Shorter or longer submissions may be submitted upon approval from the editor.
D. Articles must be submitted online or as an email attachment to info@ijmhs.org
E. Articles (including the references) should have the following specifications:
F. Plagiarism: All articles will be checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is found, the article will be rejected.
2. Title: The first letter of each word in the title should be typed capital. Please avoid using punctuation marks like (,), (“”), (?), (!), etc. in the title. [Font: Arial, Style: Bold, Size: 14]
3. Authors’ Names: Please write the authors' names after the main topic. [Font: Arial, Style: Bold, Size: 9]
Please indicate authors’ complete postal addresses after their names. Country name, telephone number and email addresses of each author are necessary. [Font: Arial, Style: Italic, Size: 9]
4. Abstract: Abstract should be within 250 words. Authors need to be careful that the abstract should be structured with specific five sections, namely, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion and reflect the content of the article accurately. [Font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 10]
5. Keywords: Indicate keywords after the abstract (3-5 words). Please separate your keywords with ; [Font: Arial, Style: Italic, Size: 10]
6. Tables: Present tables within the text of the article. Number the tables in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place the caption of the table above the table. Place explanatory matters below the table. Avoid vertical rules. [For table caption - Font: Arial, Style: Bold, Size: 10; For table data - Font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 9]
7. Figures: Present figures within the text of the article. Number the figures in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place the caption of figures and diagrams below them. [For figure legend - Font: Arial, Style: Bold and Italics, Size: 10, Alignment: Centre; For figure data - Font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 9]
[Note: Graphics such as tables, figures, illustrations, diagrams and photographs that are in low resolution must be embedded in the article you are submitting (in MS word). High-resolution version of the graphics must be e-mailed to us as an additional attachment.]
8. References: Use the APA Referencing Guide (7th edition). Arrange the references alphabetically at the end of the article. All the references must include a DOI or weblink. The Latin abbreviation 'et al.' should be italicized inside text, where used in an in-text citation. Ensure that 75% of your references are drawn from sources published within the last 10 years.

9. Consent: If you are publishing photographs of patients or the like, kindly secure their consent. E-mail a copy of the agreement along with your article or research papers.
10. Copyright Waiver: Along with the article, the copyright waiver statement duly signed by the corresponding author and co-author(s) must be submitted. All the articles published in International Journal of Management and Human Science will have copyrights under IJMHS. [Copyright Waiver Form]
11. Originality and Plagiarism: The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work(s) and/or words of others, that must be appropriately cited or quoted.

Authorship Policy for Original Articles
For original articles, the number of authors must not exceed six (6). Each listed author should have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work, including the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the research, as well as drafting or critically revising the manuscript.
Requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered and must be clearly justified at the time of submission. The editorial team reserves the right to verify each author's contribution and may request a detailed description of each author’s role.
Authorship Changes Policy
Authors will not be added to or removed from articles after submission unless definitive evidence is provided to justify the request.
Adding Authors: Requests to add an author must be supported by clear evidence demonstrating that the individual contributed substantially to the research, writing, editing, and development of the work.
Removing Authors: Requests to remove an author must be accompanied by confirmation from the individual concerned, verifying that they did not participate in the research, writing, editing, or development of the work in a manner that justifies authorship recognition.
All requests for authorship changes are subject to review and approval by the journal’s editorial team.
CRediT Author Statement
It is an author declaration, which is a mandatory part of a submission. Recognizing individual authors' contributions, minimizing authorship disputes, and promoting collaboration are all made possible through CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy). This is necessary following collaborative workshops on multi-author publications developed under the Welcome Trust with input from researchers. CRediT offers authors the opportunity to share an accurate and detailed description of their diverse contributions to the published work.
Giving credit gives authors the chance to accurately and fully describe the contributions of each author made towards the publication of the work. The descriptions must be accurate and approved by all authors, and that responsibility is with the corresponding author. Using the pertinent categories list the role(s) played by each author. Multiple roles may have been played by the authors. The requirements for authorship in the journal remain the same regardless of credit.
In this manner the corresponding author should take responsibility for the integrity of the work as a whole. Credit statements should be provided during the submission process and will appear above the acknowledgement section.

Types of Articles
Original Articles: An original article should contain a Title page, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Limitations, Future Scope, Conclusion, CRediTAuthorship Contribution Statement, AI Assistance Declaration, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgement and References. The length of the text should be limited to 4,000-6,000 words including the references.
Review Articles: This should be requested by the editor, but IJMHS will also accept submitted review articles. The authors of review articles are invited to contact the Editorial Office before preparing a review article. Both solicited and unsolicited review articles are subjected to editorial review such as the original papers.
Letters to the Editor: IJMHS accepts letters to the editor. Letters, around 500 words, should discuss articles published in the journal during the previous six months. Letters will undergo peer-review processing and will be edited for clarity.
Book Review: A book review is a type of literary critique that either summarizes the work (summary review) or evaluates it in terms of content, style, and overall merit. It may serve as a primary source, express an opinion, provide an overview, or present a scholarly analysis.
Case Study: It includes all the reports about the special issues and new procedures in some limited cases with good results but not confirmed yet internationally as a global choice. It should be around 2,000 words.
Case Series: A case series is a descriptive study that presents observations from multiple patients with a similar condition or treatment. It highlights patterns, outcomes, and clinical insights without including a control group. Typically structured as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions, it serves as valuable preliminary evidence for further research.
Structure of Articles
Title Page: It should contain the title including the study design, author(s) information such as the first name, last name, highest academic degree, and affiliation.
Abstract: It should contain Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion sections separately. The objective of the study, findings (including its statistical significance) and the conclusion made on the basis of the findings should be presented clearly.
The abstract is not necessary for case reports, while review articles should always have an abstract. Nevertheless, the length of an abstract should be less than 250 words. Authors need to be careful that the abstract reflects the content of the article accurately.
Keywords: Each submitted article should contain 3-5 keywords. Keywords will assist indexers in cross-indexing the article as they are published with abstract.
Introduction: This should summarize the purpose and the rationale for the study. It should neither review the subject extensively nor should it have data or conclusions of the study.
Methodology: This should include the exact method or observation or experiment. Mathematical and statistical methods must be mentioned and specify any general computer package used.
Results: Results must be presented in the form of text, tables, and illustrations. The contents of the tables should not be repeated in the text. Instead, a reference to the table number may be given. Long articles may need sub-headings within some sections to clarify their contents.
Discussion: Discussion should emphasize the present findings and the variations or similarities with other work done in the field by other researchers. The detailed data should not be repeated in discussion. Emphasize the new and important aspects of the study. It must be mentioned whether the hypothesis mentioned in the article is true, false or no conclusions can be derived.
Conclusion: The conclusion is a scope to have the last words on the subject. It provides a final opportunity to summarize key points, highlight the importance of the ideas, and leave readers with a lasting, positive impression.
In conclusion, you represent something important to your readers, and can be used for some, or all the following tasks:
Acknowledgement: All the contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be covered in the acknowledgement section. It should include persons who provided technical help, writing assistance and departmental head that only provided general support. Financial and material support should also be acknowledged.
Author(s) must acknowledge and declare any sources of funding and potential conflicting interest, such as receiving funds or fees by, holding stocks and shares in and organizations that may profit or lose through publication of your paper. Declaring a competing interest will not lead to automatic rejection of the paper, but we would like to be made aware of it.
Article Submission
The manuscripts must be written in English (US English). Also, the manuscript must have a confirmed letter that is assumed manuscripts are exclusively submitted to IJMHS and have not been previously published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review or thesis) and are not under consideration by any other journal. In the covering letter, one author should be specified as the “corresponding author” and all other authors should personally sign the covering letter. Authors are responsible for all statements made in their work. The editorial board has the right to insert any necessary changes so that the manuscript is harmonized with the editorial framework of the journal. All submissions to the IJMHS should contain a completed copy of the signed covering letter containing the copyright agreement.
