Research Data Policy

Data sharing plays a critical role in advancing research by promoting transparency, reproducibility, and trust. International Journal of Management and Human Science (IJMHS) is committed to supporting researchers who wish to store, share, discover, and reuse data, and we collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data effectiveness. While much research data is published as part of journal articles, many data sets remain unpublished but are essential for validating research findings. This policy addresses data that underpins research but exists outside of journal articles, making it discoverable and reusable.

Principles of the Research Data Policy

The Research Data Policy prioritizes open access, ensuring data is freely available to researchers with minimal reuse restrictions. It also emphasizes that researchers retain control over their data and should be recognized for their contributions. Data sharing practices should respect discipline-specific differences, and stakeholders must collaborate to enhance data reuse and reduce redundancy.
