Abstract

In contemporary times, the global nursing workforce stands united in championing the wellbeing and health of individuals all around the world, emphasizing crucial facets of healthcare. The three main areas of concern are protecting healthcare workers' welfare, promoting safe staffing levels, and protecting patient safety. Nurses aggressively fight healthcare discrimination, promote equity and social justice, and support policies that are required to meet the requirements of the public in general and underprivileged groups in particular in order to resolve health disparities.
