Therefore, the aim of this research is to discuss the types of challenges faced by the undergraduate students, particularly ESL students. Based on the preliminary review for the relevant literature the relationships have been demonstrated in a conceptual framework. As a result, the challenges were discovered under three (3) categories which are readiness level, ICT skills and time management. Further empirical studies are needed to validate the proposed conceptual model in the current study.</p> ER -
